How We Service Chimneys
If your only experience of chimney sweeps comes from Mary Poppins, read on for more info on how we clean your chimney without dirtying your home.
1
Making a Booking
We run our business on Whatsapp, which allows us to easily exchange photos, videos, map locations and feedback with our clients before, during and after bookings. By sending us pictures of your fireplace, we can ensure that it is serviceable, and save you a callout fee when it isn't.
2
Arrival
Once we have booked your appointment day, we will let you know roughly what time of the day to expect, as well as when we are on route to you. Due to the nature of the work, it is difficult to give exact times, as it depends on how the chimney job before your appointment slot goes. Sometimes, it is a quick sweep, or we need to spend an hour or so removing obstructions.

Please ensure your fireplace is cold and empty upon arrival so that we can service the chimney.
3
How long does it take?
A chimney can take anything from 15 minutes to three hours to sweep, depending on obstructions, construction etc. Most jobs are about half an hour, from set-up to completion.

We put down protective cloths all around the fireplace to ensure that your furniture, floors and wall remain soot-free.
4
Is there anything you don't do?
We prefer to stay in our lane, so we don't do any fireplace installations or any beehive removals (besides, the chimney sweep is allergic!) We are happy to refer you to the right people for construction, installation, gas fireplace services and wood provision.
5
Payment
We invoice after the job is done, and prefer payment via cash or EFT.
