2021 Rates:

R950 - callout and sweep (1 chimney) 
R450 per chimney thereafter
R500 - callout only (if chimney cannot be serviced due to structural issues)

LCS is loadshedding-proof! We keep a generator with us, so that we can work even when the power is off.

We will not undertake any repairs or restorations other than routine maintenance for the duration of June.

Services:

• ​Cleaning of wood burning fireplaces, open and closed

• Cleaning and servicing of anthracite heaters​

• Cleaning of chimneys: we clean out the soot on the inside of chimneys that often hinders the flow of smoke

• Removal of partial obstructions within chimneys: find your chimney is tweeting and chirping a little more than it should? We remove most obstructions within chimneys, let it be rubble, birds nests and birds themselves!

• If there is an obstruction that requires brickwork, or opening up of the chimney flue, it is passed onto a skilled builder who specialises in this field

WE DO NOT

• Install chimneys and fireplaces

• Do structural work, including brick work 

• Remove bee hives
